What's worse, physical or mental cheating? Why?

• "Personally?! BOTH. hah. I cannot choose, but I think - physical cheating is worse. Just thinking about it makes me squirm. Physical cheating for me is like putting action his mental cheating making it much worse than it already is. I'd hate to be facing this in my lifetime. I don't know if I can forgive & forget."
