Nanny Diaries

Something about the nanny has changed big time. She seems lazier and often absent minded. Maybe its because of that cellphone. Or maybe she has problems at home, but whatever it is, I hope she snaps out of it. I expect for her to do her job properly since I am very lenient with her day offs and cash advances. I expect her to work hard when I am looking or not.
Last night she even forgot to make Ozzy his milk, now normally I would just do it but she does that every night so I never thought she's forget a simple basic task like that. I had to go to her room and ask her if she made one or not because I wanted to make sure the milk was not misplaced.
Well, she did not. My GOD.
When we go out and she's left at home with no one to look after to, I expect her to do something productive with her time, right? Maybe go and clean our room, pick up Ozzy's toys, but no, the mess that we left is still there when we return.
Milk bottles are also left all over the house. I get that she's 14 and young and naive and all but c'mon? That's basic stuff I told her from the beginning! Grrr. I swear my wrinkles are showing up every time I think about it. I may need to look into Maryland plastic surgery procedure options just because of her.
I'd give her 3 months more. I want to evaluate her performance. If this gets worse and not better I will decide to keep or let her go. What will you do if you were me?
Let me know.

Shucks! That's bad alright! I think I'm gonna have wrinkles as well when she doesn't do anything helpful and productive in my own house as well..
3 months is pretty fair for you. I think I'll be talking to her about the "Do's" and the "Dont's" and give her a month.
Hey! It's my baby we're talking about here!
