My brother-in-law recently bought a car. It was a second hand Honda Civic that was lowered and pimped out. He actually bought it a few months ago but he got to drive it only recently because he's home from work. Although it looks great in pictures he doesn't like driving it because a lowered car means the driver has to be extra careful with the bumps and humps in the road. Unlike other cars that don't have problems navigating the City's roads, a lowered car cannot just approach a hump head on but has to drive sideways to avoid scratching the bumper and bottom part of the car. He was also saying he wanted to add hid lights to complete the look of his car. Since he doesn't want to miss seeing speed bumps ahead, a nice lighting upgrade would be best for his car.
