Confused.

Our office right now is in total chaos. There are boxes of spare parts everywhere and the brochures are just lying around. My brother was asked to organize the stuff but until now he has not finished what was asked of him. He says he's confused on what is what and which brochure is asked whenever a customer calls. I remember when I first started working, its hard to get focused and driven when working for you Dad at times. This is because you tend to rely on the fact that he won't fire you.

That's not good, I know. It took me a while before I started working hard; that's why I am cutting my brother some slack this time. Anyway, we've bought counter cardboard displays for the brochures so that it will be easier to look for and organize. Maybe this time he won't be as confused anymore.
