Costume Party

Last year, for Ozzy's 3rd birthday, I had a tarpaulin made for him. It showed him wearing a Batman costume. He had so much fun when we were taking pictures of him jumping up and down with his costume. This year for his 4th, I am debating whether to throw him a big party complete with Costumes once again or not. I know he will enjoy it immensely especially since he'll be gaining friends in school. These plans will all have to depend whether or not his Dad can come home in July. I am pretty sure though, this year - if a party pushes through, Ozzy would love to have a T-Rex for a costume! He's super into dino's right now.
Speaking of costume party, I attended a costume dinner last Saturday. It was dubbed as a "Hats Off" party for a friend. It was a simple dinner actually, we just had to wear hats. I was able to borrow my sister's Victorian inspired headpiece. I sooo love it. Too bad I wasn't able to stay long for the after-dinner party. As usual, the kids come first. I've never had a decent night out since forever. I am not complaining though. In no time, they will grow up and I'll be wondering where the time went.
