Drip, Drip.

Wednesday, March 31, 2010

Our water bill has reached a very critical level. We all know the culprit. The dripping bowl from my parent's bedroom. For a while, nobody noticed it was dripping; so when the bill last month reached thousands of pesos, my mother had to find out what was causing it. Our water bill usually is in hundreds only. So, you can imagine my parents shock when the bill reached 4-digits. Anyway, long story short - we had to change the bowl's thingiemagig in the tank (sorry I don't know the exact term) to stop the leaking. We also checked all our pipes and water faucets for signs of leaking. Our kitchen faucet is leaking a bit, I wonder if Mom will approve of changing it to these beautiful Moen kitchen faucets? I like it. It looks chic and it would go very well with our kitchen's current sink.

Anyway, it's El Nino and we have no business wasting water whatsoever, so if you suspect leaking in your house? Do me a favor and check it out.

it pays to have a reliable faucet as it would normally last for years.
