Monday! Don't you just love it?

Na! I don't. I am sleep deprived. I need to just de-stress but how? Here's my top 5 ways to relax.

  1. Listen to good, relaxing music.
  2. Spa/Massage. (Mani/Pedi, facials and body massage)
  3. Hair Makeover. I don't know why, even a simple trim calms me.
  4. Shopping. (sometimes this plan backfires because I'd be stressed some more when I see something I love but can't afford) but most of the time shopping is a great way to de-stress.
  5. Would you believe, I clean my space. An organized home somehow declutters my brain.
