High Five

My eldest is turning 5 tomorrow.

I know it sounds so cliche, but it seems time flew by just like that with the kids. Five. He has hit the milestones already.

• He's in school.
• He potty trained without accidents whatsoever.
• He has stopped drinking milk from the bottle.
• He can brush his teeth on his own.
• He can eat on his own (but with so much prodding)
• He can write his name and read a bit.

He has clear preferences, still preferring dinosaurs over cars easily. He enjoys playing games like Angry Birds and Carnivores. He is the best big brother to Jacob, offering to take care of him when I am not around. He never fights back when his little brother shouts and demands for toys or food. I am so proud of how you turned out to be little Joshua.
