Talented 2.

My little boy is turning 2 next week! I am no longer the weepy emotional new mommy this time around. I'd like to believe that since this is my 2nd baby, I am a better mom. However, no 2 individual is the same and because of that - raising Jacob is as tough (tougher, I think) as raising his elder brother. This is because Jacob is such a strong character. He knows what he wants and has no problem showing us just that. He points at what he likes to i.e. play with, eat, go to or do. He throws massive tantrums when we lowly servants don't do the masters bidding (oh boy...) and he even gets to make his big brother cry. He has been a joy to be around - with his easy smile and playful personality. Just don't make the mistake of forgetting to feed him every so often - and you'll get along pretty well. He currently loves Dora and Barney. While he cannot talk yet, he can say things like Mama, Ahia, Tiyah (Aunty), La (lola), Bo (Ball), Ma (map), Ya (yaya) and Di (milk). We don't have any problem understanding him since he would let you know, with a shake of the head or a big grin, if he likes or dislikes something. He knows sign language even! The result of hours watching Brainy Babies. He can do sign for book, baby, swing, cup, computer, flower, tree and so much more!

We taught him how to blow the candle especially for his 2nd birthday. I hope the little boy won't disappoint.
Love you to bits my smelly curly top.
