V-Day Shopping
Friday, February 3, 2012
I've saved enough in my Paypal account to warrant a little bit of online shopping for valentines. Of course, Hubby wants shoes. So, I've browsed around and found cool new designs for Supra shoes.
My choices have been narrowed down to 3.

I am partial to the white one but then - both the other 2 are cool and I love the color combination. As you know 2012 fashion is all about neon and bold colors. Who says girls have all the fun? Guys can be very adventurous too when it comes to fashion.
Friday Fill-Ins!

And...here we go!
1. Go ahead, there's some nasty rumor going around the office and if the higher ups don't get their act together we're marching straight to the Department of Labor.
2. IPhone4S, oh yeah, I'll get that soon!
3. Don't worry, when you put God in the center of your life and trust in his plans everything will work our perfect in time.
4. I have reached my maximum amount of caffeine for the day.
5. Pretty much sums up my feelings right now: lost.
6. You gotta put up with my bull-headedness if you want to stay with me.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to sleeping early, tomorrow my plans include going to Gymboree for Jacob's Art Class and Sunday, I want to hear mass and rest!

How to Create an MP3 song as IPhone ringtone
Wednesday, February 1, 2012
My sister's colleague - AK - A trainer made this to teach my sis how to easily create an MP3 song into an IPhone ringtone.
Check it out, you may want to try it too.
Prior to creating a ringtone, make sure this is the view settings on your laptop/PC:
1. CONTROL PANEL > APPEARANCE > FOLDER OPTION > VIEW tab > uncheck the box for HIDE EXTENSIONS FOR KNOWN FILE TYPES > APPLY OK.
How to Guide:
- 1. Open Itunes. Choose a song on the library > right click, choose GET INFO > go to OPTIONS tab, choose the interval in the song that you’d want as ringtone (30 secs is the max duration) > click on OK. This will not alter the song in your itunes, it just limits the playback to that set time frame. You can revert it to its original length after this process.

3. On the song’s AAC version, right click and choose SHOW IN WINDOWS EXPLORER. Your windows folder will appear showing the location of the song. Right click on the AAC version and change the file extension to .m4r by renaming it (remember the original extension of an AAC version is .m4a).

4. Once done, drag the .m4r file back to your itunes library. It will now be in your TONES folder. From here, drag it to your attached device to SYNC it.
6. Delete the AAC version in your itunes library. You don’t need this anymore. Then change the duration of the song to its original length.

A House With A Pool
When I was a kid, my dream house included a pool. Imagine waking up everyday knowing you can just take a dip anytime you want?
However, the older I became the more in tune I got with reality. Owning a pool is a huge responsibility and the maintenance cost is no joke. The positive thing is that nowadays there are a handful of online stores which offers competitive prices for the pool supplies such as hayward pool pump motors, chemicals, heaters, filters, tiles and even lights. Getting a hold of these supplies is not a problem because they would surely deliver and install them for you.
I guess, if I were to win the lottery, I'd put a pool in my dreamhouse. I'll make sure to put quality equipment and accessories to keep my pool clean and to minimize cost as well.
Model Car Kit
My son#2 is showing some interest in cars as opposed to son#1 who is more into animals/dinosaurs. He would spend hours playing with model cars, his fave? A yellow volkswagen and a red ferrari. When I go out for a quick errand, he would insist on coming. He would just stare out the window and observe the many different cars in the City.
Since I am on the internet all the time, I saw these revell model kits and the 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 caught my eye.
I wonder if he would enjoy a model kit as a gift? He's still 2, so maybe I have to wait for a few more years before he appreciates this gift, right?
